“I’m addicted to the English muffin sandwich with egg, cheddar, and sausage or ham (best one in town). Pair that with a great latte, and there’s my lunch — nearly every day! I’m a creature of habit, but one of these days I’m going to be adventurous and try a different sandwich, most especially the BALTO. The baristas are very friendly, and the owner is very quick to respond to a small concern and to rectify it. I highly recommend this coffee stop!“

“Summit is head and shoulders above the other coffee stands in Fairbanks. Consistently excellent coffee that doesn't vary day-to-day or barista-to-barista. Great food, lots of variety (cold pressed juice! Vegan options!)

“Walked up to it because I needed my ice cream fix ? even though it was freezing cold out. Its very hard to find ice cream out here in Fairbanks, so I’ll take what I can get.

“This coffee hut has the best sparkling lemonade. Also the staff is so nice especially Acacia. I forgot my wallet and Acacia said not to worry about it I could just pay extra next time. “Cute spot for a quick bite and coffee on the go, no dine-in (drive-through only). Ordered 32oz cold brew w/ oat milk ($5.75), chicken quesadilla ($5.75), and oatmeal craisin cookie. The cold brew was strong yet delicious, but the chicken quesadilla was okay. Can’t complain since it was cheap.“

“Updated menu as of November 2023.Ordered the loaded burrito. It was loaded indeed with too much cheese. The horchata coffee special was good, but the flavor definitely overpowered the taste of coffee or not sure if there was even coffee in it. I just assumed since it said "coffee special".“

“UPDATE: I cannot locate my original review, it wasn't good, 2 stars. Ugly sandwich pic that I have now deleted. These folks asked me to reach out. I did. We all agreed, bad sandwich. They gave me a gift card refund with a little plus. I returned to the hut of the original review (Sadlers parking lot) I placed the same order. The food was lovely this time. See pic for evidence. And I'd have raised my stars up to 4. But today, the gal there really connected with me for a minute and really lifted me up. She absolutely did not have to do that. And for that, I give 5 stars! Thank you so much! ?“
“The best of the downtown coffee huts. The burritos are a must-have. Big, freshly made to order. Breakfast bagels are on another level.
The coffee is a notch or ten above the competition.
I love white coffee, and Stir It Up does, too. Some great flavors, like the Horchata. Wow, so good.“

“Kyra’s smile and willingness to accommodate my quirky order this morning was the perfect start for my day. Not to mention…excellent coffee served at that exact temperature where coffee should be…hot but not scalding. They are quick, so the line of regulars seems to move very fast.“

“As coffee huts go, decent. Coffee and food always come out average, but the preparation is made up for in the menu. Their menu has variety and is NOT overwhelming. Solid smoothies and salad. Solid drip and bagels (inconsistent bagel stock). Midrange pricing for a Fairbanks coffee hut.
I would not go out of my way, but a solid grab for your commute.
P.S., lots of walk-up costumers, be mindful for pedestrians“

“I personally think this is the best Starbucks in Fairbanks/ North Pole. The staff are so polite and friendly. They go out of their way to help you and make conversation. They always get my order right. I go out of my way to order at this branch because they are so good.“
