Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my life!!! Always out of either roast beef, ice cream, or freakin fries!!! The staff is rude and inconsiderate!! Straight pathetic and garbage!!!! BTW I never leave reviews but had to on this one!!!
Went through the drive thru and order two beef and cheddar sandwiches when I got home and opened the sandwiches it had sliced cheese supposed to have cheese sauce. When I called and asked to speak to a manager and I told him what happened he said they were out of cheese sauce and I asked him why he wasn’t telling his customers that they are out and all he said is I’m sorry. Horrible horrible customer service I will never go back!

Arby's offers a welcoming dining experience with friendly staff, even for late-night orders. The restaurant provides free parking and appears to be wheelchair accessible, creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. One of the faster restaurants on the strip, they have never messed up orders and the food is consistent, good old roast beef comfort food. The sliders, shakes, and fries are also good if you're really indulging. The cashier may sometimes have difficulty understanding orders, but the food is always good. The service can be slower than normal, possibly due to the fact that they are always hiring. Overall, Arby's is a solid 4-star establishment with a level parking lot and easy accessibility for wheelchairs.
