After work this morning my brother and I decided to treat ourselves to breakfast out, and we chose The Bakery Restaurant. We were immediately greeted warmly by Bill who sat us, and immediately attended to by our server (name unknown) who gave us waters and coffees. So far so good! The Bakery Restaurant is not a good place to eat the new owners are not good ppl and the food there is the worst place 😫 to eat the cooks always missing up the orders its always cold the coffee is cold too

The first thing that is priority in your business is the service you provide. You made a conscious decision not to provide the basic of customer service, and that Sir is just communicating.
