“Food was pretty good, nothing that was absolutely amazing but all of it was good still. We tried 4 different pastry items. We asked to use the restroom and they didn’t let us which was a bummer because I am pregnant and really needed to go plus they have a whole big area of tables and chairs set up to enjoy your food there but then will not let you use the restroom. Just unfortunate for a small business to not allow bathroom use for paying customers. Overall food still pretty good though and worth trying.“

“Stopped here after an unexpected overnight stay in Fairbanks. Had been suggested to try this place on the way out of town in the morning and it was wonderful. Friendly staff, patient while we sorted through the menu. Coffee and food was delightful.“

“First meal of my travels after an unpleasant experience at the Fairbanks airport. Was there at 730am, and the lady was so friendly and helpful. Coffee was great and cinnamon bun was to die for. Appreciate the chirpy spirit in the cold cold winter“

“This was a stop on our trip to the arctic. I am not going to be negative on a review for a restaurant like this one. There are many folks thankful that it is there. It has a lot to offer from a meal to gas and maybe a souvenir. Truckers appreciate the location and a chance for a break from the road.“
“Had some of this amazing pizza while at Pioneer Park. It was amazing, best pizza I’ve had in quite a while, with delicious toppings. Good price too! We will be back.“

“Batter & Crumb is an amazing bakery. I reached out to have my wedding cake made here and had such a wonderful experience! The owner has the best customer service, she listened and was proactive in helping me create my dream cake. She did such a fantastic job and it was absolutely delicious!! 10/10“
“I called to check into the caffeine content of their decaf and the owner immediately and thoroughly answered all of my questions. It's rare to not have to wait on return calls for information about products. Fantastic customer service, and great tasting coffee!“
“Coffee is okay, it's not amazing. But I guess what do you expect from a bunch of college students. It really isn't their fault that employees don't stay for long. And because of that the coffee quality varies. As a coffee lover I would say that the coffee is too weak (not enough coffee ground or a light roast). I've probably bought several dozen cups there now. If you really care for quality in your cup of coffee then go to the coffee in the ELIF building. But other than all that, I guess you could drink it.“

“This place was amazing! We have been twice so far during our visit to Fairbanks and have had baked potato soup, breakfast burritos, nachos, a brownie, muffin & tea ♥️ It has all been so good. I am vegan and my husband isn’t so it’s always a treat to find a place that’s great for us both. There is a pastry case full of vegan and gf treats & the owner also wrote me a list of other restaurants with vegan options in town. Can’t recommend this place more!“
