“This is a great place. There are TVs everywhere. You can see multiple screens from any seat. The bar tender was kind know their stuff. The only thing they are lacking is food to make them a 5 star sports bar. I was there on a Friday.Parking: There is a large parking area behind the bar and also a smaller area in front of the bar.“

“This was our go to bar while visiting Fairbanks! We came here multiple times during our trip. The bartenders are so warm and welcoming! They are all super knowledgeable about the beers on tap and will offer up samples to ensure you get a pint you'll enjoy! This place is low key, classy, and cozy - everything I'm looking for and highly recommended!!“

“Perfect stop for us as we transitioned from traveling to the start of our stay in Fairbanks.I had a French dip sandwich with a really good green salad. I regretted not ordering a bigger salad and just skipping the heavy sandwich. My husband had a burger and very average fries (frozen, not fresh potatoes). The burger was good and hefty. The service was fine--it wasn't busy, and our food came out quickly. The atmosphere was average bar interior design--nothing stood out as exceptional or as glaring. I doubt we will return when in the area but our lunch was pleasant.“

“We've been to Friar Tucks many, many times so I was surprised to find that I've not yet reviewed them. In the past, my go-to's have been the French Onion Soup, their salads, and of course, the Cheese Fries. Always the Cheese Fries. We'll go and just get large orders of Cheese Fries. They're so good! This last trip, I ventured out and got the Cuban. I loved it! It was toasty and savory and sweet and tart and a bit spicy. Everything I want in a sandwich. I got the Cheese Fries added as a side because did I mention how good the cheese fries are? My partner got the Marian Chicken Sub but wasn't as impressed with her sandwich. Go get the cheese fries! And if you're hungrier, get the Cuban!“

“We are visiting Fairbanks for a week in hopes of catching a glimpse of the Aurora. After a very long flight in, we wanted some pizza and a cold beer. The Banks came up first in our Google search so we decided to give it a try.We were greeted immediately upon entering. We decided to sit in the bar area to watch the games. Kosta was very friendly, quick and offered great suggestions. He shared some insight about the area and local beers. We enjoyed chatting with him.We first ordered the fried pickles. They came out quickly and hot! We liked the breading. They were lightly fried and delicious. We also ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I like my pizza to be well done. I don't like when the dough is gooey or undercooked. It was good and it was cooked well! It had large and small pepperoni on it and a very nice flavor. I wasn't sure what beer to get so I got a flight. It was a nice variety of local beers. I enjoyed getting to try them. This is a cool spot to hang out with friends and grab a beer! If we're ever in Fairbanks again, we will be back!“
