Was looking forward to a great seafood dinner only to show up Sunday (tourist only night in Fairbanks) and be told it was “buffet only” on Sundays. No where can I find online this so was extremely disappointed but decided to try it anyways. Have to say the best part of my dinner was the roll. Selection and quality of the food was poor and at $49/person was about $30 overpriced. Don’t waste your time and money!!
It took more than an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and several people in our group received incorrect orders. While our server was attentive and helpful, the rest of the staff were surprisingly rude.
30 min wait to order. over 30 min wait to have waitress to check us out( front wont do It) the mandated tip built in was so ridiculous especially when 3 combined familys paid well over 350$ and the service was below par . Almost every dish was over cooked or over seasoned.not impressed and wont return.
