OK. This might be a little long/different type post from me but I want to give a big plus to a waitress. We were in Fairbanks Alaska at The Pump House. We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. I want to say that she is my all time best and favorite waitress in my 77 years of being. The food and ambiance were also good. But Jenna was fantastic Thank you Jenna
I've just returned from a visit to The Pump House Restaurant in Fairbanks, and I'm compelled to share just how phenomenal my experience was! From the rich historical ambiance to the truly Alaskan menu, this restaurant offers a dining experience like no other.😍
We would like to thank Misty the manager for taking such great care of us! The food was exceptional as well as the service. Our server Elizabeth went above and beyond. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and does whatever is necessary to please! A great experience from start to finish. Will definitely return!
