“Really sweet brewery, very positive and kind people working there. Some of the best beer in Alaska in my opinion — many original and creative brews. There is local art on the walls. Cozy and made me feel good. Sadly I didn’t try the food but the nutritional yeast popcorn sounded awesome.“
“This is one of the best places to get breakfast/brunch/lunch in Juneau. My personal "go-to" is the Eggs Benedict. The eggs are poached perfectly, the hollandaise sauce is light, and the side of breakfast potatoes are full of flavor and crispy. Their baristas know what they're doing on the coffee bar.“
“A party of four and we each enjoyed our meals and the duck fart shooters. The eclectic atmosphere will keep you mesmerized and guessing at everything hanging from the walls and ceiling. I loved it, definitely pop in any time I visit from Seattle.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger, past choices, pizza“
“Great service, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful food - delicious! Parking can be a slight challenge, so allow a few extra minutes. Wouldn't change anything. We (table of six) was smooth and joyful, and everyone was more than satisfied with their meal and portion size.“
“Not bad on prices for Alaska except for the most expensive side of toast I've ever seen 5.35 for 2 pieces of bread ? and butter is the price of French toast. Other than the 6.45 sourdough toast prices and servings are plentiful for Alaska. One of few places to still get the omelette of the 70s & 80s that is almost impossible to find anywhere today & made to authentic perfection the DENVER OMELETTE love it with extra cheese and with or without salsa on too.turns Donna's restaurant from a 4 star to a 5 star . Great omelette and hash browns“
“08-01-22My family and I enjoyed this excursion. The staff made our visit more pleasant; they were willing to cook my salmon the way I asked them to (medium rare). The waterfall was amazing! The trail leading to it was short and easy walk. Enjoy the view!“
“My husband and I missed our flight from Texas to Seattle and had to meet our cruise ship in Juneau. A firefighter recommended the Sandbar for the best halibut and we always trust the locals! Spent hours talking to some guys at the bar and enjoyed the mountain views. Very friendly atmosphere and great bartender!“
“Wow! This is probably the best food in town. Everything they sell is incredible. I just tried the fried chicken burger and holy cow that's literally the best chicken burger I've ever had in my life. Idk what sauce they have on it but once it got my taste buds I felt addicted to it. So incredible!“
“They adjusted menu items for me to make things vegetarian. I had tortellini with alfredo, ricotta, and portabella — they took out the prosciutto. The fried brussel sprouts were fabulous. And an outstanding chocolate torte for dessert. Would highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Great hole in the Wall place here in Juneau right here off of the bay! Went in for a burger and got a bacon hamburger which was phenomenal!! We were a little disappointed that I had to add on tater tots and not being able to substitute them out. Thought that was kind of weird but whatever. Great atmosphere great food excellent hamburger“
“Solid place to grab a drink and a bite. TVs all over the place so a great place to come during playoffs for any sports, although you need to get there early because it gets packed. Tuesdays they have fun cocktails so you’ll have a great time whenever and with whoever you go with.“
“Great experience. Some of the reviews were brutal but we decided to try anyways. Glad we did. The service was fantastic. Family ran and loved having a conversation about life with the teens working here. Made it personable. We ordered bacon wrapped scallops, mac n cheese bites and the king crab bucket and was delicious. Would definitely come back. Thank you for going the extra mile. Neighbors were friendly and talked travel and town stuff.“
“I had the fried chicken, and I couldn't get it off my mind. I'm here for the second time, and it's even BETTER!! The kind and funny matriarch knows what she's doing and it's at a fair price. This is where I get my fried chicken fix. Picture only shows the breast, I ate the wing and thigh. I upgraded for fried rice for the side. Unconventional and delicious.“
“Possibly the best food I have had living in Alaska. Excellent ingredients locally sourced when possible cooked simply. I usually choose whatever the days special is unless they have run out then I just go for a burger. It is not cheap food however but worth it.“
“Our stop at Juneau,Alaska was really amazing but finally will breathe taking we on the Goldbelt Tram to see a more spectacular view of Juneau and looking the beauty of Juneau. There's a restaurant called Timberline Bar & Grill on the top on monut. After looking the incredible view we were getting little bit hungry and the restaurant is just right there the restaurant looks very nice with Alaskan native art and totem including black bear and mountain goat hives on the wall very impressive. We were looking at the menu we were not that hungry we need a snack then we decided to get nachos Alaskan style. We got the half of nachos they give us a number and waited we noticed there's a bar cool. Then they brought our nachos it was big we took a bite we notice a crunch in ever chip. The nachos have sour cream, black beans, guacamole and other items. They were so good so much flavors in the nachos we don't know what hell these Alaskan did to the nachos. The chips were crispy and crunch didn't fall apart to the end.,“
“One of the best restaurants in Juneau and certainly the best overall in the Valley. I have yet to buy the baked good but they all look amazing and delicious. The pho and ramen noodle soups they serve are perfect for a cold rainy Juneau day. They are more fusion style versus being super authentic Asian food, but still very flavorful and hearty.“
