“Filipino BBQ. They have some other stuff like turon, but that's what we had. The BBQ is pieces of meat (usually chicken or pork), marinated, put on a skewer, and put on a flame. There's was nice. The flavor could have been a little stronger. I suspect the toned down the seasoning compared to what I get at home. But it was good. Fresh and hot. If you're coming from a cruise ship, they are right at the end of the docks. A nice change from cruise food. Even if you're a local, they are probably worth your time to stop and grab a bite.“
“Subway is arguably my favorite place to get sandwiches. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS, the people are friendly and give me my order exactly how I asked, and they make sure to ask me if I prefer small preferences like toasted bread or melted cheese. They have plenty of options and the restaurant is always clean. If you are on a diet that does not allow foods like bread (such as keto), they can fix a salad for you with everything you would normally put in a sandwich, just in a salad. It is hard to find anything to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be the small number of tables inside, meaning not many people can sit down and eat. I love Subway and highly recommend it to anyone with any diet.“
“I forgot to buy food to feed 60/65 people which was horrifying. With less than an hour before dinner I took a chance and called Papa John's for 20 pizzas. Call went to call center in Philippines but when I said my order, I was quickly connected to Juneau. I thought it was going to take hours but they got it done within an hour. Total lifesaver. “Excellent customer service everyone was friendly and that's a first for me in going to a McDonald's. I'm not saying other McDonald's are not friendly but just to experience every staff person in the three or four times I went there in the last couple of days as being helpful and friendly was refreshing“
