We had a great. It’s a smooth ride and you’re able to see amazing views.
The tram was down for repairs this time. I have rode it in the past. The positives, when you get to the top, the views are stunning. The not so positives. There is nothing to do at the top, there are a few muddy trails. The cost is expensive and the lines can get very long to ride.. Im giving a 5 star as the first time i rode it was unique. They had a bald eagle at the top, no longer there. The staff was friendly. Juneau has so much more to see.

The Mount Roberts Tramway offers a free ride up the mountain, providing stunning views of the ocean, whales, seagulls, and bald eagles. The restaurant at the top offers great views for indoor or outdoor eating, along with delicious food like Halibut. Despite some hesitation about the height, the tram experience is considered worth the visit, especially on a nice, sunny day.
The restaurant at the top is decent, and visitors can enjoy native demonstrations and a video at the theater. While the tram can be expensive, it's a great stop for those cruising into Juneau, offering fantastic views and hiking opportunities on the trails above. Guests can avoid crowds by visiting early in the morning and purchasing tickets in advance.
