“We tried Red Herring today when we had a stop from our cruise. We tried the crab roll (delicious), reindeer sausage (amazing) and the blueberry ice tea (more please!). Everything was spectacular, truly. The quality and freshness of the food is obvious and the flavors are *chef’s kiss*. The people running the truck are very kind too. Thanks guys! Wish I could find them back home!“

“The Fresh Fish has wonderful poke and fish tacos! They may be slightly further away for the tourists but it is well worth the extra 100 yards away (guestimate) from where I see most tourists stop. I have seen the owners even offer some fish they reserved for their own dinners to make customers happy. Such wonderful people deserve our support. I hope you enjoy like i did!“

“Sweet sassy molassy!!!!! Black cod tips on rice...fantastic. Smoked Salmon Mac...fantastic. Ling cod tacos......fantastic. And, to boot, enjoyed it all at Baranoff Brewery! Service was great as well. Very nice.“

“I tried a bowl of the Salmon Bisque and had to order a second one for my husband to keep him from eating all of mine it was so delicious. It was creamy and rich with lots of salmon chunks, mushroom and leeks. For dessert I had a chewy peanut butter cookie and my husband had the chocolate gelato. Best food ever you could tell they were made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Salmon Wagon.“

“Kevin, the manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was space and very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was right there and it was open for breakfast and dinner. It closed at 9 am and it was very quiet and easy to sleep at night. The shuttle to airport was right on time at 5 am and it was easy and convenient.“

“We have gone to a few places in town while we have been here. We keep coming back to the Nugget because it is consistently good. The service is very good also. The Coast Guard Wrap is my husband’s favorite. Prime Rib night was awesome. Just good food at a good price.“
