“The Copper Train was IMPRESSIVE in every way - we were immediately greeted, placed our order, found a cozy place to sit, and before we knew it our holiday coffees were ready. We were even able to speak with the owner and learn more about the restaurant over the last several years since its opening. Our food came out shortly afterwards, and the food runner was polite and friendly, making sure we were all set to enjoy our breakfast. WOW - the food looked incredible, arrived hot, and tasted delicious! We highly recommend the Copper Griddle and Snowman Lattes + plan to tell our family and friends how fantastic The Copper Train is…we will be back!!! 🚂“

“Ordered a pepperoni pie and two cheese slices on Thanksgiving eve. Owners were friendly and welcoming. Pizza was fantastic. Price was great. We’re glad Alabaster has authentic thin crust pizza this close to home. We’ll definitely be back.“

“The food was excellent and the servers were very pleasant. If it's a busy night, the wait time for your order is a bit long, but we'll worth it. The noise level can be a bit high at times due to occasional parties. The prices are good considering the large amount of delicious food you get. Overall, it's a great experience.“

“I am a die hard fan of 7 Brew!! Not only do they fabulous coffee, but the service is, hands down, “7”- star!!! I love all the employees, but Josh has stolen my heart! What a sweet young man! He really cares about his job and always addresses me by my name, which is so sweet! He makes every visit special and that’s what keeps me going back (virtually every day lol). GREAT JOB, JOSH and your entire team at Alabaster!!“
