“I was in town for the night and stopped here for dinner. The food was great, just like eating home cooking. My waitress was Jordan and she absolutely Awesome!! She kelp my Pepsi glass full and checked on me along to make sure I didn’t need anything. “We just ate at Huddle House at 1450 Hwy 431, Boaz, AL and service by Paula was great! Checked to make sure we had all we needed and kept our coffee coming. I requested a extra dark waffle and it was so perfect!! Madison checked on us as we checked out. Very clean too!!“

We enjoyed it. We'd go back. They had the seafood buffet going. The food could have been a little warmer, but it was pretty empty when we were there, so you can't expect them to keep putting out new stuff. Everything had a good flavor. The potatoes and the broccoli were really good. There was a thick potato bisque that was superb. The broccoli salad was good. It was a little pricey but it's a state park lodge I expected that, I've been to others, I knew what to expect.
A much better experience than the time we tried the restaurant that was at Mount Cheaha, we were pleasantly surprised and plan on going back.“

“Food was hot & fresh. Although I will say I feel incredibly sorry for the young lady who took my order today. She was doing drive-thru, the front counter, cleaning the dining room, refilling/stocking the dining room, running food to the dining room, & even assisting two elderly ladies with the bathroom DURING LUNCH RUSH!!!. Her name is ASHLEY. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but she should be - & IF there was a manager here that wasn't helping, shame on them. Food was great, her service was phenomenal. She kept a smile & great attitude the entire time!“
