“I’ve been to a lot of Cracker Barrel’s across the SE and just visited the Fort Payne location this week. I’ve rarely had a bad experience at any location but this location is definitely one of the top locations I’ve been to. Food was fresh, cooked just right & served quickly. Our waitress was super friendly & efficient even though she was also covering the hostess stand as well. Highly recommend the Fort Payne location!“

“The lady that greeted us was very welcoming. Makayla was our waitress. She was very kind and attentive. Her section was the busiest at the time we went. 5/5 for Makayla. Food was ok, but not great. Women's bathroom needed some attention. 2/3 toilets were out of order and smelled horribly.“

“Ivey at the Section,Alabama location , who was working drive through, asked if I could scan the QR code to tell of my experience. She is actually the first at that location that had told me of the code as many times I eat there. Food was good, but her customer service is excellent.“
