I can never get them on the phone at the Albertville, Alabama location. They now have messed up two of my orders. I picked up a turtle pie today for my birthday. It was made wrong and frankly, I want to throw it in the trash. It did not have a chocolate crust, it hardly had any caramel topping, it had broken pecans on top. In the past I was not happy with my experience at this store. Today I was very happy with the service and the ice cream. An employee named Dex remembered me from the previous trip and remembered our conversation about the flavors of ice cream and the fact that no waffle cones were available. He made sure there was waffle cones and told me right off the bat they just opened up a container of butter pecan. I am very thankful for Dex and kudos to him for an excellent customer experience.
