“This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, after a long day out scoring burgers for restaurants, I decided to go and celebrate my day with some Ice Cream, and I tried the New Location for Cold Stone Creamery, in Albertville, AL, and WOW! This place is awesome. My wife & I got a cup with two scopes, and it was amazing. I got the Coffee & Chocolate Fudge, and my wife got the Salted Carmel & Chocolate Fudge, and we were in Ice Cream Heaven. Great Stuff, folks. This will be Burger Man's Ice Cream go-to place for sure. Yum. I also want to thank them for the Military Discount. This old Combat Soldier was treated great. The owner is really nice.“
“In the past I was not happy with my experience at this store. Today I was very happy with the service and the ice cream. An employee named Dex remembered me from the previous trip and remembered our conversation about the flavors of ice cream and the fact that no waffle cones were available. He made sure there was waffle cones and told me right off the bat they just opened up a container of butter pecan. I am very thankful for Dex and kudos to him for an excellent customer experience.“

“The food was hot and fresh and the cashier was very friendly and made sure our order was right before he left. He also made sure we had condiments and stuff. Food was really good. The experience made me want to go back and I don’t usually eat there.“

“So good. We were looking for a mom and pop ice cream shop and stumbled upon them. Tried the cheese ice cream and I was shocked at how good it was. So friendly. We loved everything we got.“

“We stopped in for a little ice cream after the basketball game. The service was fast and friendly and the blizzards were made to perfection! The Dairy Queen where we live shut down so Sonic is our only ice cream place…..it isn’t the same!! Blizzard over blast ANY DAY!!“

“Every time I go there's young teenagers always running around without parents they have their loud truck just ramming the motors up. Id rather take the drive to albertville then stay and be disrespected by these kids. Even some of the workers dont like it. And local police wont do nothing about it.“
