The pizza taste awesome, but seriously the last 5 times I have had to wait over 30 mins for my order every time. Your commercial and sign say hot and ready. I can understand every now and then having to wait but every freaking time. �
Never hot and ready! Its a 15 to 20 min wait every time we go and the order comes out missing something every.single.time!

Little Caesars Pizza needs updating. The manager doesn't seem to care about the cleanliness, as it looks dirty inside and out. Customers complain it's dangerously hot inside and online orders don't match what's received. Despite these issues, the pizzas are tasty and appreciated for big orders like 5 cheese and 5 pepperoni pizzas. Ordering through the app seems more reliable than calling, and having more staff would greatly improve the service quality for customers and employees alike. There were two employees in the store, one drive thru and one front counter, both working tirelessly during the lunch hour rush. One manager was very polite and sweet, repeating orders and handling multiple tasks during lunch. They need more employees like her. They never have any pizzas, and their "hot and ready" are never there, no matter the time of day.
