Based on the reviews, Jack’s Family Restaurant in Golden Springs has great food and great service. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The sweet tea is the best around. The employees are courteous and efficient. The manager is awesome and always on top of things, jumping in to help whenever they’re slammed. The crew does a great job of making sure customers are taken care of quickly. One worker was an absolute joy, very hospitable and attentive. The service is fantastic, and the food comes out in less than 2 minutes. This is the way Jack’s is supposed to be.
