“Me and my daughter passed Scooter's tonight and thought we would give it a try. We pull up to the order screen and my daughter took like 5 min trying to decide just to decide she didn't want anything so I ordered the peanut butter crunch blend coffee (which is delicious by the way) get to the window and the 2 ladies were just giggling and then the girl at the window asked if we were having a good night. I asked how their night was and realized they were about to close in like 3 min. Probably had everything already cleaned up on top of us taking forever to order and these ladies where just as nice as could be. They didn't rush us or have an attitude when they probably wanted to lol. For what it is worth we appreciate you workers.“

“We my daughter and I came through and we ordered a small and a large caramel ribbon crunch and pulled out and my daughter told me no mom I wanted the cookie crumble and she paid for it with her birthday money so I turned around and went back and went in and explained it to the people that were working and they immediately said no problem we'll fix it and that was just amazing.

Parking: Parking is small but there is additional parking in Publix parking lot

Even when it's slow in the store the help just stands around talking to each other instead of checking on the bathroom. What a shame because it's such a nice store.“

“Such a great management team realized that we had been waiting a bit longer than expected and handled it with such kindness. Apologizing where it wasn't needed and giving a good discount to make up for the lost time. The team at this location really pulls together even when they are slammed, very impressive. Our breakfast was delicious and my family left full and in great spirits!“
