“The place is very nice and clean, and the staff are very sweet and patient. My family is pretty slow at ordering, but the staff were very patient and nice. The orders were made really fast, and were very delicious! I recommend this place, definitely one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to!“
“An alternative to Starbucks coffee. I don't think it's as strong as Starbucks. The men's bathroom is always dirty. the trash is always overflowing. Even when it's slow in the store the help just stands around talking to each other instead of checking on the bathroom. What a shame because it's such a nice store.“

“If I could give ten starts I would! I had originally ordered Starbucks through Uber Eats and even paid extra for Priority delivery, which said the latest it would arrive was 8:01 a.m. Uber Eats had a driver secured, but he canceled. Then another driver was assigned and canceled too. It kept searching for a driver for nearly 30 minutes before I finally canceled the order myself, only to be charged the full amount anyway.
I called Uber Eats customer support and they were completely unapologetic, basically telling me I was out of luck because they had already paid Starbucks and wouldn’t be issuing any kind of credit.
Out of curiosity, I called the Starbucks location where my order had been made and asked if I could just pick it up instead. Not only were they so kind and understanding, but they remade my drinks so they wouldn’t be watered down and even gave me a Starbucks gift card for something that wasn’t even their fault.
I ended up canceling my Uber Eats account, but Starbucks completely restored my faith in real customer service. They went above and beyond and truly turned my whole morning around. I’m so grateful.“

“We first went to Waffle House on 72. 1st issue we weren't greeted when we arrived. They only had 3 staff 2 men and a woman. So we weren't bothered by it. We waited for 3 tables that needed busted. Before we could be seated. The left side of the room wasn't being waited on. The right side was being waited on by a woman. We waited for a table the male waitress finally cleaned one of the tables. We set for 10 minutes waiting patinetly with no acknowledgement, or drinks so we left. Not because they were busy, but because of the environment. We went to Waffle House on 31 we were greeted, waited on, and received our order promptly. The food was great, and all 3 employees cooks and waitress completed their servicees greatly!“

“7 brew coffee is always a good idea but this morning it was NEEDED! As always the coffee was hitting and the staff was incredible. It’s early and they were uplifting and cheerful. Skyler that took our order (and pick my coffee, so good) was a complete joy!“
