“The workers there are so sweet and helped solve my issue I had today! Somehow my order got lost in translation from the check out to the kitchen and when the place was empty and I didn’t see anything cooking, I was worried and I asked one of the ladies (I wish I got her name because she was lovely) about it and she was super apologetic and gave me a credit to apply the next time I go. She even offered to make me a milkshake when I got my order because of the wait, but I declined that as I already got a soda with my meal. I brought my food back home and it was delicious too! Great customer service and will definitely go back again because of it.“

“I’m newly working in Auburn this is my 5th day here googled nearest chik fil an and this popped up. Thought it was odd to drive thru a garage but let me tell you. Two lanes at once and one worker by himself Steven made the lanes go quickly needs a promotion and raise. Where I’m from in Columbus Ga they have about 4 people doing this two in each lane and it still takes forever. I love the establishment. I gave the food a 3 because my cookie wasn’t warm like I usually get it were I’m from. I got one dressing and I was missing one of the toppings and lettuce was brown in salad 🥗“

“We went through the drive thru after a home Auburn football game and the food and service were great. It was super fast and the staff was very friendly and eager to help! The chicken tenders were hot and tender! Would definitely go back and order again.“

“This place is great, I eat here 2-3 times a week when class is in session and they’ve always been friendly and haven’t messed up my order once. Sometimes the line can be really long, but it never takes more than 15 minutes to get your food.“
