“My business partner and I chose The Hound for dinner during one of our visits to Auburn recently. We ordered several things to try, including various cocktails, appetizers, a couple of entrees and desserts, and the flavors were perfectly balanced and well presented in every bite and sip. Hunter was our bartender when we arrived at the bar, and he continued to serve us after we were seated for dinner. He was a fabulous mixologist with a great sense of humor who made recommendations that were spot on, answered numerous questions about the offerings and made us feel like one of the locals. But - I noticed that the other bartenders and servers were extending that same hospitality to their guests, so there must be something special about The Hound's culture to make everyone so warm and friendly. We'll be back.“

“We went during a fireball game. Tried to order an appetizer when we arrived and were told we had to order all items at same time. We went along with the weird request with an empty restaurant and the food took a very long time to arrives. We like this restaurant but it was a huge miss. The manager was present and never stopped by to check on us. Unfortunately they missed the mark!“

“Irritable Bao is delicious!!!! I have never eaten anything that was not good! My favorite is bang bang shrimp and Buffalo Bao. It is impeccably run, the owner is always kind and loves people. Part of the draw is seeing him each time you are there. The college kids can’t get enough. The line is often down the street. Our entire family loves it and eats it every visit which is OFTEN!“

“We’ve been to a couple of these chains in different locations and they’ve always been outstanding. We shared a small build your own pizza and regular size Caesar. A nice glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc accompanied. Husband had tea and they were out of sugar packets but rustled up a ramekin with some in it. Olivia was fantastic and we loved sitting at the bar watching the pizza masters and salad chef. Definitely visit if you haven’t! It was the beginning of game day weekend and we were not rushed even though they were busy. Most excellent! Very clean!“

“I loved my time at ming house! I got general Tso's and my chicken was perfectly crispy! At the end of meal we were given complimentary ice cream and he even brought out a plastic rose/teddy bear for me to give to my girlfriend for valentines day. We will 100% be coming back as regulars.“

The food, service and atmosphere was amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the steak quesadilla and the funky way the establishment was decorated. “I would not dare come here again. I just had the worst 1st experience. I ordered, recieved the meal in a decent amount of time BUT noticed that my BILL included a .45 cent charge that states TAKE OUT and this was one meal over $20. I called back because I didnt notice the charge until I came home. When I called I was told that the Mgr would be with me in 5 mins. 5 mins turned to 17 mins and someone hung up. My time is money and I'm invested at that point. I call back and was told because I ordered steak and the fact they include plastic ware (which I never recieved) that is why it's an upgrade. BTW, they were NOT the Manager, just someone to pass me off on.. It wasnt busy and only had 4 cars in the lot. I simply wanted a professio al person to tell me WHY I'm being charged when I used MY GAS and I even tip at checkout..They dont show you the itemized bill until you've paid ofcourse. This should be posted visibly for customers because I surely could've went to the other Mexican restaurant near the walmart.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISMISSIVE. Never again....“
