“Not my best CSC experience. There was only one young lady working the counter and I had to wait for her to finish with a phone order before she could take my order. I ordered my usual when to get my drink in this particular location. Did not have the watermelon tea and didn't have enough strawberry lemonade to fill one glass. There was no effort to refill the beverages so I had to top off with regular lemonade. Both of the lemonades are delicious but don't offer a choice if you're not going to provide the product. The food was good and is consistent as usual. The dining room was very clean then the staff that I encountered was very pleasant. Ample amount of parking is this location is in a shopping center.”

“This place has great seafood to be so far inland from the Gulf of Mexico. We ordered Blackened Salmon and Shrimp. The Coleslaw was perfect. Not real diced up and slather with sugar like other places. It has a nice even mixture of some mayonnaise and chop cabbage. The Red beans & rice was a generous portion. We also ordered a sampler tray of oysters on half shell. They were fresh with samples of oysters Rockefeller, oysters parmesan and some others with cheese and jalapeno peppers. Very tasty and not tiny. The staff was very attentive and friendly.”

“Hook’s fed our (somewhat large) high school football team as we traveled through the area to play a game. The food was excellent, as was the service, from placing the order to delivery to a local school. It’s not often an entire football team and staff is happy with a meal, but Hook’s pulled it off. Highly recommended.”
