The front cashier, Stacey was her name, she was wonderful. They were super busy and she's always the only one up front. She takes care of customers and gets the food out in a timely manner. They would be lost without her there.
The service(order taker) was very nice and accommodatiissues. The food was satisfactory, no major complaints. But, the place was really nasty, and obviously had been that way for a while. The manager needs to step up and take care of these issues.

Honestly Jack's has awesome food and they have not changed anything about them. I used to like McDonald's double gravy and biscuits but they change there recipe so now Jack's has my favorite double gravy and biscuit so please please don't change the recipe it's soo good lol. And there Big jack burgers are to die for they are delicious. I have great service every time I come here for food. Service and the employees were awesome. Keep up the good work guys.
