“I went to chick fill a. I got food. The food was decent but then KODY asked me if he could give me a refresh and I said yes. He is absolutely amazing with his speed and efficiency I got my drink back in a flash 6/5 thanks to Cody would definitely come again!!!

“Wow, just wow! I had the best experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A on Monday when I brought my parents and we decided to eat inside. What a great decision that was. We were immediately greeted by one of the kindest souls I have ever met, Maritza! She was amazing, she showed that she genuinely cared and gave great recommendations on the new items! She made a 10/10 experience, and I can not wait to come back and visit this Chick-fil-A! By far the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to!!!!“

“Chick-fil-A is incredible. They have people that work outside and take orders and deliver to car windows. $7 kids meal you get chicken strips or nuggets, fries, fresh squeezed lemonade or fountain drink, and you can ask to substitute the toy for an icecream cone. And they usually still give you the toy. Also, everyone has positive energy. It’s the most delicious fast food i have tasted. And I see signs about community scholarship awards given out. I go to Chick-fil-A about 3 times a week with my daughter after school.“

“Great service and restaurant. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“We haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 2 years and it was great to get to one here in Birmingham AL. Delt with 3 employees. The Woman taking my order was so nice and friendly as was the woman who brought our order to our table. On the way out we had a fun short conversation with a woman emptying a trash can outside. This was a lovely visit even though it was busy. The line disappeared very quickly so they must know what they're doing. Thank you all!

“The staff at this Chic-fil-A go above and beyond with their customer service and timeliness. They can get extremely busy especially with being a location in the hospital but they always stay consistent! The manager (I think he’s the manager) is so helpful and always out front helping the other employees out when needed. And Jerrika is an absolute angel - she’s made my day multiple times just with her customer service skills alone! They definitely have the right people running this location & I’ll always be a customer!“

“Not really excited about my order today the shake is pretty good with the exception of the size of the shake. I wish they would bring back the larger shakes in addition to whatever have two shake size. Also my fries were not really great and cold and it seems as though they have changed their recipe for the way they cook their fries because they’re a little bit different texture and taste Not to Chick-fil-A normal standards.
