Chick-fil-A in Vestavia Hills

“I don't know if the employees at Chick-fil-A have been threatened by upper management that their first born would be taken from them if they aren't polite and speak clearly to the customers. That statement even goes for the drive-thru. I know when I have pulled up to other drive-thru's, the employee sounds as though he or she is speaking into an empty 32 oz drinking cup with their back turns to the microphone. I haven't had that problem at any Chick-fil-As I have visited.“

“I was at this location yesterday when their system went down. In true Chic-Fil-A fashion the whole team handled the downtime issue with the utmost professionalism. Gavin, the manager came out to the drive-thru and directed the team on next steps. He was kind, confident and helpful. Very much recommend this location to anyone!“
