“As a teacher traveling with a group of 13 students and two other adults, I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We called ahead to place a large to-go order and spoke with Audrey, letting her know we were about 20 minutes out (we ended up being closer to 7 minutes away!).
The staff handled everything flawlessly—taking our full order over the phone, organizing each student’s meal in individual bags, labeling both the bags and drinks with names, and having everything ready very soon after we arrived. Audrey even let me pay once we got there, which made things so much easier.
We pulled into the parking lot at 11:45 a.m. and were back on the road by 11:58. That kind of efficiency and friendliness made a huge difference for our group. Because of their quick service, we were able to feed our students and still make it back to school (two hours away!) before buses dismissed—saving teachers and parents from a major logistical headache.

“Chick-fil-A is incredible. They have people that work outside and take orders and deliver to car windows. $7 kids meal you get chicken strips or nuggets, fries, fresh squeezed lemonade or fountain drink, and you can ask to substitute the toy for an icecream cone. And they usually still give you the toy. Also, everyone has positive energy. It’s the most delicious fast food i have tasted. And I see signs about community scholarship awards given out. I go to Chick-fil-A about 3 times a week with my daughter after school.“

The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“We haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 2 years and it was great to get to one here in Birmingham AL. Delt with 3 employees. The Woman taking my order was so nice and friendly as was the woman who brought our order to our table. On the way out we had a fun short conversation with a woman emptying a trash can outside. This was a lovely visit even though it was busy. The line disappeared very quickly so they must know what they're doing. Thank you all!

“I have mixed feelings about this location. The food was as good as always, but it was quite evident. The staff appears to be under-trained. I have never encountered an employee at Chick-fil-A who responded with a simple “ yeah.” Additionally, other employees were standing around the counter, engaged in conversation and laughter, which seemed quite casual. While I was not unhappy with the restaurant, it does not provide the same atmosphere that I am accustomed to.“
“The staff at this Chic-fil-A go above and beyond with their customer service and timeliness. They can get extremely busy especially with being a location in the hospital but they always stay consistent! The manager (I think he’s the manager) is so helpful and always out front helping the other employees out when needed. And Jerrika is an absolute angel - she’s made my day multiple times just with her customer service skills alone! They definitely have the right people running this location & I’ll always be a customer!“
“Is chick-fil-a. You know what you're getting. This place has a great breakfast crowd. There's a lot of church groups that will come here like preachers and youth ministers and other people who want to just sit and eat some breakfast and do a morning devotional. This is a great location. It's also beautiful at night right now because it's December, and they have their Christmas stuff up on the building and it's absolutely gorgeous at night time“
