I took my granddaughter into Crumbl for the free thin cookie offered, along with putting in a 6 CT order. I had to ask how to get the free thin cookie. The employee wasn't very nice & said it had to be on the app. I spent several minutes & couldn't find out how. She also tried on my phone, then got the manager who was training someone @ the time.
