We were headed to our usual TCBY after my oral surgery, but they were closed. Edgewood Creamery was the only shop open at 11 am.
I am so glad! The chocolate soft serve was delicious. So many shops no longer have it, but I am so glad they did. Such a great flavor and not too sweet. Really good ice cream, the salted caramel was perfect. Just wish the portions were a little bigger for the price.
Edgewood Creamery has become one of those places where consistency keeps bringing us back. You know what you are getting, and that matters. The ice cream is always creamy, smooth, and on point.
One thing I appreciate is the sheer number of flavors available. There is enough variety that you can stay with your favorites or branch out and try something new every visit.
