“Went on a date night w my boyfriend and our server/bartender Alex had always made sure we were taken care of. She greeted us, made our drinks, and served everything on a timely manner. A few times she made us laugh and had us feel welcomed. It’s not the first time I’ve been here before but seeing her made the experience all the more better. I recommend my coworkers and friends every time they wanna have a night out w their spouses/partners. Thanks mugshots!!“
“We stopped in after a hike at Turkey Creek Nature Preserve. This place is easy to zip right by, or if you notice it (or its more conspicuous neighbors, the pawn shop and Dollar General), you might think to pass. You'd be mistaken. It is definitely a hole in the wall, no frills in terms of atmosphere, and cheap ($2 tacos!). The food, though, is outstanding. This is a place to get authentic Mexican. We ordered the huarache with chicken, the steak torta, and a "super taco". The huarache came with diced seasoned chicken, lettuce, cheese, slices of perfectly ripe avocado, beans, bits of tomato and cilantro. This all sat atop a freshly made corn tortilla. When the woman who took our orders disappeared for several minutes in the back kitchen, it turned out this was what she got busy doing--making these corn tortillas from scratch--before she set to work on the other stuff. Incredible, and worth the wait. The green salsa on top worked well. The steak torta came topped with much of the same, and a similar tortilla, except thicker. Picture the huarache like a Mexican flatbread, whereas the torta is more like a deep-dish style crust. Both were amazing, but the real winner was the super taco, the priciest taco on the menu at $2.50. It had a few different types of meat in it (though the pastor - pork - was the winning meat by a long shot). This taco also had guacamole, crema, cilantro and tomatoes on it. It was gorgeous, and that fresh warm corn tortilla again just made it. This is a place where it won't necessarily be fast, but the food is definitely made with love. Note: this place takes cash only.“
“I have been here twice. The first time I had southern style lunch and it was pretty good. The second time I had a gyro and it was fair, just fair. Nothing special and certainly not the best gyro I have ever had. The other person with me had chicken and the seasoning was not to either of our liking. The ckicken smelled ok, but not particularly drawing.“
“The waiter & bartender..... very awesome! The host at the front forgot about us and we set out in the car for an hour waiting on a text and decided to go in because we saw other people being served. -8 months agoApril 14th 2024I placed a to-go order and the food was very good- customer service was just okay.“
“My son took the family to Beef O’Brady’s. It was my first time here. When we got there, the place was not crowded, just the right amount of people to give it a decent atmosphere. The food and service were great! I will definitely return!“
