“10 out of 10!!! I called at 7:40 or so on Christmas Eve and placed an order. It was last-minute, but I thought my friend had already ordered the pizza. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and took my order, and didn’t rush me due to them closing in a few minutes. Thank you so much, Valleydale Pizza Hut!“
“Everything was correct my pan pizza was just a little undercooked. I just popped it into the oven though for about 5 minutes was good to go. Everything else was good but that door dash was the delivery driver. They got lost thank goodness they called me for directions even though could barely understand them. Got my food though eventually!“

“Customer service is IMMACULATE. I did a carry out here on 7/20/26. Service was super fast, and everyone was super friendly! I was greeted upon walking in, smiles and everything! Pizza was the best! Hot, fresh, and literally picture perfect. I WILL BE BACK EVERY MONDAY! Thank you!“
