Chicken was fried a little too hard for me. Also they cam work on their customer service a little more. I had to ask for condiments and the Clerk stuck my credit card inside the bag with my food instead of back on my handI had to ask her about my card...
Got the chicken sandwich and it’s definitely decreased significantly in quality. Wasn’t crispy, small piece of chicken and wasn’t as flavorful. The bun has also changed and is tougher. I feel like they had just made it bc it was very hot, so at least it was “made to order”
