The service was okay. I'm say do to a busy hour or day the wait was longer and our order was over looked. I will say they did the best they could.
My drink is always perfect when I come here and the staff is always very friendly!
Placed a mobile order. Both drinks were ready when I got there, I called for a special request of the writing on the cup and they wrote exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff. Would visit again.

One barista took time to educate a customer on drink types, and another employee is always pleasant with a bright smile. However, some visits involve normal than longer wait times. Orders are sometimes messed up, like a bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich where the egg was not removed twice within a week. Some staff have attitudes, and the dining room has been closed without notice, wasting gas on a long drive. Customers want these changes posted on the bulletin board in advance.
