I am trying my best with this location because I know they are new. But I have been there twice now and twice I've had to have my drink remade. I won't complain about the wait bc it seems all Starbucks these days have a long drive thru. I don't know I hope they get better but for now I'll keep going to the one on hiway 11.
My sugar cookie latte took a little bit it was tasty and the service was great! I think the other reviewers need to consider this is a new site and it takes time to iron things out. ESPECIALLY around the holidays.

Yes it's true! They take forever to make the orders. I shouldn't have to wait 20-25 minutes for a cup of coffee. At that point I might as well go to a sit down restaurant and have a proper breakfast. Their menu was OK and employees somewhat friendly.Don't come here if you don't have a lot of time to waste.
