I'm not sure why they are rated so low. My food has always been great from here. I order online probably once a week. It's always ready on time and it's always fresh.
I’ve been eating at this Wing Stop for a few years and I’ve NEVER been disappointed!! I believe there has been a change in management recently and the service has matched the quality of food. Juan is always so welcoming when we come for our wing fix. He greets us with a smile and appears genuinely happy to see us EVERY TIME! Going to Wing Stop is always a satisfying experience!! Let me start by saying, I have never had a bad experience. I’ve been ordering with this location since it opened a couple of years back. Maybe it is just my luck but every team member I’ve come across has been nice to me. Even one time when I swore I ordered fries but selected vegetables, they honored it. I just wanted to add my two cents. Lol
