“There was a sweet lady in there this afternoon named Amanda, she was by herself running that store like it belonged to her! Her help didn’t show up and she seemed a little stressed but she met us with a smile on her face! ..and tears in her eyes ? She was answering the phone taking to-go orders, online orders AND walk-ins all while apologizing to us for the wait because our pizzas wasn’t ready. I just want Amanda to know that you’re doing a great job love and these pizzas look absolutely beautiful! It blows my mind that you were able to create such perfect pizzas, alone! in the rush that you were in! You’re an incredible lady and we thank you! “I found myself at two hotels (at different times) in the Birmingham Chinatown/ Downtown area and didn't want to go out searching for eateries so I turned to a Google Search. I chose Hot Stuff Pizza basically because they were close-by and their online ordering system was great and although it took a few minutes initially to get the selection right and click the right buttons once I mastered it was great. The first occasion I decided on a Vegetarian and a Seafood Pizza with added Anchovies. The online system told me the price and estimated delivery time in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes I got a call saying that they were out of some seafood so I changed it to a Margaretta with some additions. The computer told me my delivery time had arrived so I went down to the front of the Hotel and waited, and waited. I foolishly had not taken my phone so I didn't know the delivery guy was already in reception! Once paid and settled down to my meal I couldn't have enjoyed it more, I have had quite a few pizzas and these were up there at the top. On the second occasion in January the delivery was earlier than estimated and the transfer of money and pizza very straight forward. The pizza, I got my seafood one this time, was sublimely delicious. Both times the cost was around GBP12 and as far as I could make out a very modest sum for delivery (less than GBP0.50p or maybe this was an Internet fee?).“
