“This is one of my favorite local restaurants. I'm a frequent customer for my favorite dish. Their chicken livers with onions are to die for. They are very hard to find and when you do they aren't prepared correctly. Not the problem with Charlie B's. They've always been perfect for my taste. Other dishes served to various family members with me have loved what they ordered as well. No complaints. 5 stars Friendly staff and a great down home atmosphere.”

“The food is absolutely phenomenal! This is the best pizza that I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and they have an excellent happy hour from 2 to 5. The cleanliness is second to none they actually scored 100 on their last health inspection. I’m a local and if anybody is talking about pizza or anything good to eat I always direct them to Redpoint. If you sit upstairs like we do you have a real pretty view of the mountains.”

“This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to score a burger for their restaurant, and it was an awesome visit. Their One Pound Double Cheeseburger was grilled and seasoned to perfection, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was strong enough to hold that big burger. The owners were awesome, down-to-earth people, and their Waitresses and customer service were on point. If you have never been here to eat, you got to go and you will love the food and the service, I promise you that. Get a burger and tell them that the Burger Man sent you.”

“My husband and I have been all over the United States traveling for his job. Last week we found ourselves traveling through the area headed towards Knoxville and jumped at the chance to finally eat at this restaurant. Top of The Rock is a very fitting name for sure lol The location did not disappoint. We were seated promptly and in no time (though obviously busy) our server brought water and introduced herself with an attitude and presents that was not only attentive but welcoming. She spoke to us like we had just sat down in her home for a meal with old friends. By the time we ordered our drinks and appetizer we had connected to her kindness in a way that made me feel like I never wanted to leave. ( that says a lot and means a lot to us specifically...its like she knew exactly what type of encounter we were hoping and NEEDING to have when it came to service) The food was great and the drinks were top notch. I would point anybody looking for an exceptional eating establishment to Top of The Rock. But what made our whole experience so memorable was the friendly and personable service. Mandy was warm and inviting with a southern drawl you think only exists in the movies lol Other servers we watched buzzing around were friendly as well but we grew quite partial to Mandys hospitality. She had told us she was fairly new to the job and we couldn't believe it! Get the Fish tacos! They are phenominal! and ask for Mandy if you wanna feel appreciated and comfortable. will recommend this place to everyone we know and for sure will be back!”

“If you’re ever passing through and come across Whiskey Throttle BBQ, make the stop—this place is something special. From the moment we walked in during a work trip, the friendliness stood out immediately. The environment was incredibly welcoming, the kind of place where you feel right at home right away, and that energy carried throughout our entire visit.

Our waitress, a young woman in her early 20s (we didn’t catch her name), was absolutely incredible—genuinely kind, attentive, and a big part of what made the experience so memorable. And the food matched the atmosphere—simply amazing. Every bite was packed with flavor and clearly made with care.

It’s places like this—with that rare, truly friendly environment—that deserve to be at the forefront. We’ll definitely be back.”

“I use to eat here when i was a kid in middle school. Since then i haven't been which is probaly over 14 years. However last night i was recommended. While some might say its a coincidence. I say it was god since my dad past away i struggle daily emotionally. I look for reminders and when i walked in the young man was so sweet took my order. i sat down to wait on it cause it was to go. Then out of no where i hear angels singing amazing grace while they put there own spin on it. It touched me to the core. My food was prepared from people who have faith in the lord. People who wasn't ashamed to sing loud and precious enough that i could hear it. That's the type of service i look forward to when i pay my hard earned money. I ordered the famous large pizza sticks and mushroom swiss burger and fries. with a cup of ranch. It was the best ! I would recommend 100 times over again. the experience alone was wonderful, but the satisfaction i walked out there with was far greater then some really delicious food. I love a true blue restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!”

“This place changed hands recently. We’ve eaten here a good bit and love their gyros! The fries here are good. We usually come after church or on weekends with friends. They are accommodating if you have a group. This place is the first place that suggested we try ranch dressing pizza! We never knew what we missed. We usually get their daily specials that are reasonably priced. It’s usually pretty clean and the bathroom is large. Handicapped friendly up to code also.”

“The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted very friendly by the staff as soon as we walked in the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive she made sure our order was taken in a timely manner even with her being very busy.Our food came out of the kitchen within 8 minutes after placing our order and everything was cooked up just right!”

“I did not grow up with Western Sizzlin’. I’m from the North. This was not in our rotation. But the SECOND I walked in, my soul left my body and I was immediately back in the 90s. I half expected my grandma to appear out of nowhere with a church purse, a coupon, and a firm opinion about who should get the booth. This place is basically Ryan’s Buffet’s long-lost cousin who never updated the decor and refused to apologize for it. The carpet. The lighting. The buffet layout that says, “We’ve been doing this since Clinton was in office and it WORKS.” And then there’s Beth. Beth does not wait tables — she adopts you. She doesn’t call you sir. She doesn’t call you ma’am. She calls you baby. “Baby you want more tea?” “Baby you eatin’ good?” “Baby you want another plate?” Beth could’ve told me to get a fourth plate and I would’ve said “yes ma’am” without hesitation. The food tastes like every Sunday after church when grandma said, “We’re going out to eat,” and suddenly life made sense again. Rolls? Yes. Buffet confidence? Absolutely. Regret later? Guaranteed. Is this fine dining? No. Is it fancy? Also no. Did I feel emotionally supported while eating? YES. Western Sizzlin’ isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a core memory factory with mashed potatoes and sweet tea. If you miss the 90s, your grandma, or being called “baby” by a waitress who genuinely cares about your wellbeing… this is your place. I didn’t grow up with it. But somehow… it raised me anyway.”

“I ate at jasper tn huddle house 4 days ago I was impressed with my server cindy my drink was never empty and she checked on us constantly even though she was the only server waiting on anyone while everyone else just stood around. The service was just as amazing as the food. A special thank you to Lady Willow (W-I-L-L-O-W) — she was incredibly presentable, polite, professional, and truly attentive. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. Her positive energy and excellent customer service made our experience even more memorable.
