“We have been eating burgers from the Peppered for years now & highly recommend them. The “special” is always a fun creation, I got something new this time with pineapple and goat cheese that was very delicious, but the Bulgogi Burger with Korean BBQ sauce is our favorite. You can get several burgers on fries and skip the bun if you like. The sweet tea is the best in the area, imho. Service is always great, a shout out to Josh for always going above and beyond for customers.”

“While waiting for my husband to have a minor surgery, we decided to pop into this Whataburger and boy we are glad we did!! Our cashier, Dibriya was everything you want to have in a customer service setting! This young person took our order accurately with such a positive attitude. When the meal was ready, she brought the food straight to us, still piping hot!! The food both looked and tasted delicious. We will be coming back and will bring friends!!”

“We come to Metro Diner on Airport Road almost every Saturday. Partly because the food is amazing and they have a great selection. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

My favorite one was the Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak, made by yours truly, Elroy Drew!!! They offer the best lemonade in the world and a very family friendly customer service experience!!! “Absolutely delicious! Low key obsessed and have been visiting weekly for a few months now. So far everything I’ve tried has been amazing. My husbands favorite so far is their ham and Swiss croissant. You do have to be prepared to check their weekly menu and arrive early. They will sell out later in the morning/early afternoon. But don’t skip this place. If they’re out of something come back another day. You won’t be disappointed!”

“First time trying Amerigo and we really liked it. The Chicken Margarite and Lasagna were incredible! It’s a great little date night spot, not too fancy but not too casual. Our server was friendly but we could have used a few more refills on water. The prices were reasonable for the portions. We will be back!”

“This is just one of a few Cava's in Huntsville but always my favourite. The staff, management team and cleanliness of the place surpasses many other restaurants. The food is always fresh, tasty and filling. I have had countless meals here at this particular restaurant and always bring friends and family visiting from England who always say 'i wish there was one in the UK'

“We love Crumbl! We’ve never had a bad experience at the one from Jones Valley. Our favorite is the molten lava cookie. I do wish they would change up the classic pink sugar cookie… it’s time for something new.”

“Had a great time at the Bakingtist Sourdough class last Sunday, Heidi did a great job of keeping the entire class involved and the 4 hour class flew by.

Heidi came across a relateable instructor that was always willing to reclarify things for a new baker such as myself and I look forward to attending future classes:)

Nitpicking comment here -> You may want to put up some sound absorbant panels towards the backend of the classroom area to help mitigate some of the echo and make the instructor slightly easier to hear. Heidi did a great job of projecting, the room just made it slightly echoey in the back.”

“Last night was my first time trying Big Ed’s. I have saw the place 100x. It wasn’t until a friend invited me that I went. We placed a pick up order. The staff were amazing, so kind, so generous and helpful. They even taste tested the Dr. Pepper for me after trying to get one at other places yesterday every other machine was slightly off and none were drinkable. We had a good laugh about the Dr. Pepper. The wings are amazing. I got the lemon pepper they are a dry rub which they do tell you and that was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was large enough for more than 2 meals. This place definitely impressed me and I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff , fresh and hot food . I can’t say enough about them ! I hope the workers from last night see this. You all truly made the experience for me.”

“The acai bowl was absolutely amazing, loved and we will absolutely order again.The avocado toast was the saddest thing ever...literally toast smeared with the tiniest bit of avocado and drowned in Sriracha. Did not enjoy, and almost tempted to ask to return it. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly, service was fast for the amount of customers. Cappuccino was spot on.”

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. Our money was well spent as we left as very satisfied customers. Thank you!”

“Greeted walking in the door by very friendly young folks. They were informative and patient. Briefly met the owner who was engaging and super nice. Everyone there was so pleasant and genuine. Got the Rocket City and Powerhouse bowls which were very similar. Fresh and ripe fruit, well assembled, great presentation. Delicious.

Took them straight home and shared them with my better half. We enjoyed both of them a lot. This will be our new twice per week spot and I'm going to tell everyone!

This is exactly the kind of thing Huntsville needs more of. This is the kind of thing I crave for breakfast. Not the grease.

“This is the place to go in downtown Huntsville, the food is amazing, try the fish and chips, it's the real thing. The steaks are wonderful too. Everyone in our party of 9 enjoyed their food and drinks. We will be back as soon as we are in Huntsville again.”

“If you’re looking for a good burger, chicken sandwich, etc. this place takes the cake! Everything is delicious! My husband ordered the v mac which was absolutely huge and way better than the non vegan version at that fast food place with the Golden Arches. I always get the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it is great. All their cakes are delicious too! My kids love the kids meals. If you’re looking for vegan fast food style food that tastes better than the non vegan stuff, this is your place. They also redid the whole interior and it looks so nice. Best vegan place in town.”
