The dining room hostess was Vickie, and she was wonderful. She checked on us several times and gave is a free Bo Biscuit to try!

“We come to Metro Diner on Airport Road almost every Saturday. Partly because the food is amazing and they have a great selection. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

“Before arriving, I had said that it won't be legit unless it has Hawaiian Sun drinks...and they delivered! Katsu portions were so generous! Sauces were delish! I was nervous to try the deep fried spam musubi...but definitely will next time!! Will do the family meal next time to get a bit of everything!! “We had a great dinner there. Our only difficulty was that the waitress delivered our appetizer and then wanted to take our order. I much prefer to enjoy my appetizer as it was meant to be and then order my entree. They don't want to take your dessert order as soon as the entree is delivered, why the rush with the appetizer? Otherwise it was a great experience. We will be back.”

“I’m so thrilled to leave a second review for this wonderful restaurant. This was my second time going and again my experience was extremely enjoyable. My server for tonight was Tyler. The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. Our money was well spent as we left as very satisfied customers. Thank you!”
