I have a mixed review. The Crab Rangoon and Hot/Sour soup were excellent; hot and fresh. Bang Bang chicken and egg rolls were cold. I ordered takeout in person at the restaurant at 11:10 am shortly after opening. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet I was told it would take 15 minutes. Happy Dragon is a magical place with absolutely delicious food and an excellent atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always attentive, making customers feel welcomed. Many customers highly recommend the Mongolian Beef and Eggfooyung, while the DanDan noodles are also a favorite. Portions are large, and the steak hibachi and Mongolian beef with garlic sauce are cooked to perfection. The egg rolls are very crisp and among the best ever. The presentation of dishes is fantastic, featuring fresh ingredients and generous portions that make each meal special. The steak is cooked perfectly, and the Mongolian beef with garlic sauce remains a highlight.
