“Always great food and customer service Travis has been doing his thing now his son is doing the exact same thing came all the way from Houston, TX to get his food and still great as usual but I will say this they need to remember the regular customers and keep certain things they way they are because that's what regular customers know them for. Put them bell peppers back on y'all stuff cause when I lived here years ago that's how it was but the son told me recently that a lot of people don't like them i said to him well I had been coming to this truck 20+ years and I know hundreds of people that prefer the old way better even if it's on the side I'm okay with that so upon request you can just cook it with mine and I'm good. I understand you have to change with the times but some things just shouldn't change.“

“This is the BEST food truck in the city. Period. I've been going here for 10+ years and this is some of the tastiest food you'll find in all of Birmingham. Do not be fooled by the low prices - this is high-quality, fresh food you will love. Also don't be scared by some of the more exotic choices on the menu. My favorite taco is tripa (cow intestine) which I avoided for years because I wasn't comfortable with the idea of eating it. What a mistake that was! Dos Hermanos is amazing. Don't miss it.“

“Great pizza!!! My favorites are the cool it down and the Pepperoni (add hot honey drizzle). I rate it 4 stars because I’m not a fan of the rude woman who’s been taking orders on Wednesdays at the GT location though. She’s unpleasant and sarcastic. She tried to say that they weren’t taking orders anymore at 7:15 PM but the website was still accepting online orders. I told her about the website still accepting orders and she told me to just do that then but she’s sold out and won’t sell to me. When I picked up my online order she didn’t want to give me sauce or napkins but gave everyone in front of me sauce and napkins. She’s just petty and unpleasant. The others that take orders are all awesome and friendly though!“

“Fast and friendly! My favorite taco truck! I only order birria meat with everything I get. I've tried the chicken, it was good.... Nothing compares to the stewed birria meat, you must have the soup from it on the side as a dip, or just drink it.... Lots of limes, radishes, and cucumber.... Cilantro and onion come on as a garnish for several items. I only hate that they can't sell their beverages because of the gas station rules. You have to have Agua frescas! Check 'em out!“
“We used this food truck as a caterer for our daughter and new son-in-law”s wedding reception at Cahaba Brewery and loved it! Our guest raved about the food. The Current did an awesome job handling food orders for a large wedding reception along with the customers that were at the brewery itself. We will definitely be back to eat there again!“
“After a drive back from Atlanta, the lady and I stopped by this gem tucked away in Avondale. Our servers were incredibly welcoming and gave us time to look over the menu. I got the compechano (steak and chorizo) quesadilla. The lady got the steak nachos. Some of the best Mexican food around! It’s full of flavor, and if you like an extra kick, the sauce that comes with the meal is the perfect blend of spice and smokiness. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!“
“We'll start with the food... I had the 2 catfish fillets with fries and Mac and cheese and added 3 whole, lemon pepper wings. The catfish was fried great and the batter was on point. Not a ton of seasoning but I dipped it in their comeback sauce and it was a good compliment. The chicken was my favorite! The skin was super crispy and it was seasoned well! The Mac and cheese tasted homemade, it gets an 8/10 and there was nothing special about the fries. My wife had the tenders which had a sweet taste to them and they were phenomenal. They would pair well with the waffles which were also good and prepared perfectly, very light and fluffy. The establishment isn't bad. A little tight so not idea for big crowds. They were out of drink selections and we were never updated about our order. I did realize they make everything fresh but just kindly letting us know they are still working on it would have been nice. It was 7 of us and my total came to $127, but the portions were good so I'm ok with the price. I would give a 5 if the fries were seasoned, Mac and cheese had a bit more seasoning, fish was seasoned a bit more and the establishment was a bit more inviting. Maybe offering some "out-of-the- box" selections since everything is made to order. We'll definitely go back if we visit Birmingham! ??“

“Although there were only 4 food trucks operating on the day I visited , this was still a good Sunday outing. I really think the weather played a role in why more trucks weren't on site. The smokin sausage and smoke dat fries with beef from smoke on wheels grille were very tasty. The portion sizes were perfect! The prices were reasonable too. I also had a mango /pineapple lemonade from Sugar and Ice. The lemonade was huge and enjoyable. I was impressed by the number of flavors available to pick from! I will definitely visit the Centerpoint Food truck park again because it's a great way to support local businesses!“
