“Newly opened Foodsackly's is vibrant for its modern outlook in its exterior and interior design. Food is really good and chicken fingers are juicy, nicely fried. Fries are could made better. I should say the staff are really friendly and super service. I like this place and recommend to everyone to visit try the chicken fingers. Go for the bigger box deal!!“

Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Ethan was absolutely wonderful to my wife and did everything that a business should do to keep customers coming back. Thank you Ethan…. We’ll see you Friday night.“

“Went here for a casual dinner after work and it was a pretty solid experience overall. The chicken had good flavor and didn’t feel overly greasy, which I appreciated. Portions were fair for the price, and the sides came out hot and fresh. The place itself was clean, though it did get a little noisy once the dinner rush started. Staff was polite and kept things moving, even when there was a short line. My order was ready when they said it would be, so no complaints there. It’s not fancy or anything, but it does what it’s supposed to do. I’d come back again if I’m in the area and want a simple chicken meal without any hassle.“

“I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I don't like that we tip the cashiers.

Maybe it's not required, but I don't think we should be asked. The cashier is right there and knows whether we tip and how much. It is awkward to put no tip.

I always tip servers at least 15%. They are going back and forth to our table, checking that the food is good, if we need anything, etc.“

“I love Zaxbys, but they have changed how they process the grilled chicken. I talked to an employee she could not answer my question? Then talked to manager she could not answer questions. She didn't know the processing since they come in like that already. Their should be ingredients listed on packaging. I felt like was having heart attack. Thank God, I had my nitro pills. Biggest regret, both people talked to seemed like didn't care.“
