“I love Starbucks. I’m actually here from Seattle so Starbucks has always been a daily thing for me. The Clanton location is pretty good, the only issue I have is the tipping through drive thru. I’ve noticed that there’s certain staff that add a tip on themselves, that really bothers me a lot. They don’t ask, they just take your card, do it inside so you don’t see, you only know because your bank account shows the charge is more than what your total was at the window. It’s only happened twice but it’s still not okay imo“
