“Hands down a wonderful experience! We were not aware of the new management and menu change and the new owner went out of his way to make us what we had ordered over the phone, no questions ask! They were by far the best chicken strips we had ate, actually bummed they are not on the new menu. “Food is always good and hot. Waffle was okay, just a tad over browned for my likings. Coffee and biscuit gravy very good. Breakfast burrito was fantastic according to our guests we had with us. Server was great.”

“Perfect spot for lunch. Lunch specials are just the right size and not overly heavy as some pizza can be. The crust on both the calzones and pizza is thin crisp and delicious. The sauce is just slightly sweet, enough to cut through the acidity of the tomato. Possibly the best pizza in the area.”

“My boyfriend had been telling me about the Ultimate Grilled Cheese at The Bean Press. This is my first time having it and it is so warm, crunchy, ooey gooey, comforting, and delicious!! I added ham and it was ?. Idk what took me so long but I’m ready to go back! The service was wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food was incredible. 10/10”

“Always friendly service when I get subs here. Most of the time I get my sandwiches to go but you can eat in at this cozy little Subway. Please give them your business if you are in the Ashford area, you won't be disappointed. The Subway in Ashford is in downtown on old highway 84. The historic railroad depot is directly across from the subway.”

“The food kept making me go back for more even when I was full. A flavor I will never forget. The server was very nice. It took a while to get our food, but was definitely worth the wait. Don't let the looks of this small establishment fool you, this is a great choice for a place to eat if you visit Ashford. I personally recommend it.”
