Log Cabin Restaurant Reviews
A long wait, but well worth it! Definitely a hidden gem that I wish I had found years ago. If you leave hungry, you have no one to blame but yourself!
A little bit of a wait because they're always busy, but so worth it!
A little out of the way but well worth the drive. The owners Gene and Nancy are wonderful hosts. Get there early or be prepared to wait a bit. The clientele seem to be regulars or at least locals and it is just a very intimate setting. Nancy has done a great job with the decor. Log Cabin Restaurant offers delicious food, with options like grilled quail and steaks. The portions are huge, and the prices are worth it. The restaurant has a rustic, clean cabin atmosphere, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The service is attentive and eager to take care of guests, and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, even though the place is small, and arriving early is recommended to avoid a wait. Remember to bring cash, as they don't take credit cards, and arriving around 5:15 to put your name on the waitlist is a good idea. The Ribeye and Log Cabin platter are highly recommended dishes that leave guests satisfied and wanting to return for more. The house-made ranch and catfish are particularly praised, and the steak is impressive in size. Overall, it’s a great place for a satisfying meal, especially if you enjoy big portions and friendly service.
