“The lady at the drive thru was so rude and lazy. I got here 15 minutes before breakfast ended. I waited in line behind one car almost the whole time because the lady wouldn’t take her order. Then I got there to the speaker and asked her for pancakes and she said we are out. I said ok let me see what else my kids want and she said ok and I said I’m here just for breakfast so please don’t put me on hold. She said ok one minute. Within less than a minute she changed it to lunch. I was like mam I just said I drove all the way here for breakfast and have been waiting on you! She said oh well it’s lunch now. I asked to speak to a manager and she said ok that’s fine but you’ll have to come inside. I was upset and I try so hard to not be rude. When I walked inside the manager was so nice. She literally handled it all with grace. I was very impressed with that.“
