love CHICKFILA best service quick an on my way to work
Consistently slow. No one outside helping the lines go quicker like other chickfilas
Myself and others were ignored at the counter while the employees were occupied with something on their phone. I finally had to speak up after several minutes and was treated as an intrusion into whatever they were doing. PLUS, my order took around 45 min to complete with no explanation. The mgr knew I was upset but she never approached me to apologize or explain or to find out why I was upset.
