Wendy's is a restaurant that offers a mix of positives and negatives. While some customers have reported long wait times and subpar service, others have praised the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The menu features a variety of options, including the popular Pretzel Bacon Pub and the #11 chicken sandwich. Wendy's fries have received high praise, with some customers considering them superior to those of their competitors. However, some meals have been criticized for being overpriced and underwhelming. Despite this, the restaurant has demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, with one manager going above and beyond to rectify a customer's issues.
