Restaurantji unveils Dothan's must-visit Mexican dining spots.
“This isn't good any moreThe service was not greatThe good was just okAnd the prices are very highAnd the menu seems limited nowWe had the chimichanga and the steak taco with the hot sauce that comes with it I don't know the dishes nameThe steak was not goodIt was not a good experience“
“I'm not gonna lie, I come here about once a week I get the same thing everytime. The diablas tacos, if you into spicy they hit the spot with some happy hr Margherita to wash them down, also they do have a very spicy salsa you just have to ask for it. Also I've been coming for years these tacos bring me back to Houston tx everytime.“
“This is one of my personal favorite restaurants in dothan. The food is usually very good and quite affordable. The atmosphere is not bad, but there's practically zero natural light. Depending upon the day and time there could be a slight wait to be seated but any wait ive encountered has always been acceptable 5-10 or less. I highly recommend ordering the cheese dip or bean dip for an appetizer, both are fantastic. My usual go to meal here is called "ethan's favorite" which is a chicken and cheese quesadilla with rice and beans. You can also get the quesadilla with ground beef or steak instead of chicken if you prefer.Friendly, quick, affordable, and delicious.Parking: The parking in front of the restaurant isn't very big and can get a little cramped and tight at times, but there's plenty of parking in the rear.“
“AWESOME is the word ! From the moment you walk in the staff greets you with a friendly welcome. The place is CLEAN and the service is great. The menu items food/cocktails offered is extraordinary and presentation taken is the same. The atmosphere , food and service will make you want to come back!! THIS IS MY NEW SPOT!“
“A wonderful place to enjoy a quality meal, I believe the best Mexican restaurant in town. It can get a little loud inside during busy hours due to a very open floor plan, but that's not a problem after all your here for the food. The stuffed poblano peppers and the alambres are both excellent options. The enchiladas verdes, the tacos al pastor, and pretty much everything else on the menu are delicious. I would also dare say one of the best Texas Margaritas in town as well.“

“This is one of my favorite places to eat in Dothan. I always try to stop by when I am in town. I went in Dec 21 for dinner & they were very busy. I got seated & taken care of quickly considering how busy they were. The food was good as always & every employee I interacted with was very friendly.“
“Took my daughter here for lunch and this spot was a treasure to find. They give you large portions it was enough to feed 2 people and make full. The waiter Marisol was so nice and accommodating. The food was delicious.Nice atmosphere.I recommend if you want some good Mexican food come here especially if you have an appetite.“
“This Restaurant is THE BEST IN Dothan Alabama The Food is EXCELLENT WOULD RECONMEND ANYONE WHO COMES OR GOES THROUGH DOTHAN ALABAMA NEEDS TO COME HERE YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED ,ALSO THE MARGARITAS ? ARE THE BEST MY FAVORITE PLACE TO DINE IN.“
“Came on a Sunday so there was a wait. Could tell by the customers the place was good, everybody looked like they just came from church. Waited maybe 15 mins and got a cute little booth. The manager was very nice, the service was great. We got the fajitas and they were delicious. Loved the vibe of the place and the atmosphere. Only thing is, I wish they put the prices of the beer on the menu. Got kinda surprised by that on the bill. But all in all this place is a great spot to get something good to eat!! Will definitely be back!!“
“Everything is made to order. The ingredients are super fresh. The burritos are huge. The food is really good. So many options to choose from. On Fridays, they have fish tacos. The salsas are really good. Definitely a good place to eat.Vegetarian options: Has tofu if you're looking for vegetarian options.“
“This is a great authentic restaurant. If you want the real taste of Mexico, with friendly service you will not be disappointed. Brought a buddy that I use to work and travel with, and of course he is from south of the border. If it gets his likes then it is the real deal! Took him to two restaurants while he was here that I thought for sure would please his palate and Mi Rancho got his approval. I have always been pleased with the food and service and am happy to bring the family and friends.“
“Food was fair the service was horrible. Our server was horrible. No refills, didnt put order in for my dessert then i asked her about it she said that she ran the order in, then comes back and said kitchen lost ticket when in fact she said "that was a large right? So she forgot to put order in,My point is dont blame someone else for your screw up just be strait up and say im sorry it was my fault.“
“This is Us… as in You Had Me At Hola! The moment we stepped inside for the first time, it was a visual and sensory yes! Yes! Clean — Si! Welcoming — Si! And, some delightful smells from the meals passing by! Our server recommended the Fajita salad with chicken to me and it has quickly become my favorite. I can only say that it’s a feast for the eyes and the stomach. As delicious as the picture looks! I can also vouch for the small house margarita as well as very tasty chips and salsa. My hubby loves the chicken fajitas well done (we both love our veggies grilled dark,) and their beef enchiladas. The accompanying rice and beans are much better than other restaurants we’ve frequented. We tend to arrive earlier than most patrons, so it’s usually not too busy and maybe why we get such great service, but I doubt it! Great food, a clean restaurant and great servers will always be appreciated—muchas gracias El Rincon and staff!!!“
