“Do not be intimidated by the decor they are just spending time making some of the best tacos I've had in my life.I ordered three tacos a pastor, a asada, and a lengua. They come on homemade corn tortilla that's tender and sturdy with onions, cilantro and lime. All meats we tender and well seasoned, I didn't even add sauce to the asada. The lengua was prepared very well none of the chewyness and strong flavor you sometimes associate with mediocre lengua.Pastor was rich and fell apart in my mouth. Greasy yes but not unpleasantly so.Pricing is really good for the amount of meat and the great taste.Taco sauce was also good the red was the spicy one and the verde was super refreshingHorchata is on the sweet side but the flavor is amazing, it makes a good dessert drink.I would 100% come again if I was in the area!“

El Tamaulipeco Mexican • $
40 Pavilion Dr, Quincy

“After deciding to stop at El Tamaulipeco in Quincy I realized how we were being cheated of authentic Mexican taste at the other restaurants. This food is awesome, prices are fair, and service good. If you are one of these customers that wants decor, style, salsa and chips, along with fancy seating you will automatically be turned off BUT if you’re into great food you won’t mind this little hole in the wall cafe!“

El Torero Restaurante Quincy Fl. Salvadoran • $
1203 W Crawford St, Quincy

“The service is great "no table service, you have to order at the counter which is no big deal" the staff is friendly, the prices are decent, no beers served yet but they are working on getting it soon, the juices are wonderful and you can sample the juices to see which ones you like but the food is extremely good, actually the food is great. I recommend this restaurant 100% and it is family friendly. You have to pull in on the side and go through the gate and park around back. The steak is great, the best steak you can order. The rice is great. The tacos are great. Everything is cooked fresh. Enjoy. Best Easter Dinner Ever.Thank you to all of the staff because my family, kids and I all enjoyed our meals.100% RECOMMENDED !!!“

La Michoacana Tortillaria Bakery • $
610 W Jefferson St, Quincy

“A huge selection of bakery items, ice cream, popsicles, and agua Fresca. I also tried their ranchero taco, ceviche tostada, bean and cheese pupusa, and pistachio popsicle.Everything was very tasty and I will have to go back and try everything else. A little short staffed, so expect a long wait for them to prepare your food.“

La Moreliana Bakery • $
610 W Jefferson St, Quincy

“One of the most unassuming Mexican restaurants in Quincy. If I didn't take a pic of the outside for reference, you would still be circling around. The food is extremely cheap especially considering the economy but the quality is not compromised. Tacos are $2. The most expensive item is $14.00. My least fave was the chicken taco...the meat was way too dry but everything else was delicious! My fave was the ceviche tostada. The mango ice cream was also refreshing.Things to note: They cater to the Spanish speaking population but there are English speakers. It's Cash Only!It is very casual. Not really ideal for dining in. There are 3 tables. Everything is made in house!“
