Placed my order played told to pull forward to 2nd window and wait 3 vehBehind me got there food and still waited anthoer 10 min manager had attitude and said they had to make more fries will never eat there again and it cost me $32.00
Today, I went to McDonald's at 2101 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL. I placed my order at 12:40 made it to the window and paid within a couple of minutes, got to the pickup window and the young man was clueless as to what I had ordered and sent me to the 2nd pickup window. No Problem! After waiting 25 minutes from time of placing the order, I called the location and requested my money back, no they would prepare my order and get it to me. I ordered two number 7 and two of the burgers had no meat on them. Called the store and was told to bring receipt and the food and they would replace it. I live twelve miles from them and storming out. That is unsatisfactory customer services will never go there again.
