“My husband and I had lunch here today and we had server Abi P. She was Awesome!! The food is Amazing! They start out with bread with a Delicious pesto that you add your own olive oil to it for dipping your bread in. My husband had an Italian sub with fries. The fries were the best fries I've ever had!! I had a Caesar salad with pasta alfredo. It was Amazing!! Best part they have tiramisu too so I got a piece to take home. Yum! 😋 We'll be back! Awesome customer service!!!!!“

“Huntsville Location.. Yes I recommend this restaurant but there’s a But. We visited the Huntsville location last night at 5PM. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get a drink that was forgotten and finally place our food order. Our appetizer came out cold around 6 PM. They quickly remade it and had really good flavor. Our pizza was piping hot with good flavor but it was around 6:20. Yes it was busy and thankfully we weren’t in a hurry. But To have returning Customers, do not let customers wait for close to 1.5 hours for food and not have their drinks refilled. A few staff members were working very hard together and a lot of staff members lacked any sense of urgency or willingness to help their fellow employees out. Management was lacking last night.“

“Went to Jack's. Most thing I've gotten were operational. When you shop here watch the food products. In dollar store they're cheap. If at Jack's for $5 or $3 days that's what you'll pay for items that are a dollar at other stores. They count number of items and multiple by $3 or $5“
