“I placed an order online & usually I don't have any problems at all.
We'll when I get home & finally sit down to eat I noticed what I ordered I didn't receive that..So I took one look & scoop & immediately thrower it away..because that's not what I ordered..I ordered the five cheese dipping sauce..has my mouth set for that & very disappointing...“

“Caroline really makes this Hattie B’s a wonderful experience right from the very start! She is kind and is so helpful explaining the menu! First impression 11/10! I ordered the sandwich with a side of bacon grits and both were fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here if you visit Nashville. On the flip side, if you ever happen to find yourself in Maine, come visit me at Morning Moose Coffee! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Went for lunch and was not disappointed. The spicy garlic noodles with beef was sooo good and the egg rolls are excellent. Also tried the chicken nachos…unique and delicious. Definitely worth checking out. The staff was super friendly as well, gave great recommendations.“

“Love this place. The food is always really good and I think our order was only wrong like one time (left out the fries on combo order) and it wasn't a huge deal. I'm sure they would have rectified the situation had I let them know. That was only one mistake out of something like 30 different orders, so that is a way better track record than most places.
The online ordering is really convenient and easy too! Keep up the good work!“
