“The owners and staff are always so kind and there are many fun flavors to choose from. We had my daughters birthday party here and it was a hit. Convenient, affordable, and all the kids had an absolute blast playing outside as well! I even sneak by here without my kids for a delicious coffee treat sometimes😋“

“Loved the convenience of being able to walk here from where I was staying, while still supporting a local business. There was a cute pop-up happening inside with a new bookstore that will be opening soon, so loved seeing local supporting local! The staff was really nice and helpful. I had an iced coffee and a muffin. My only complaint was on Sunday I went for a walk with my dog and wanted to grab a coffee, but they were not open, and are closed on Sundays. Opted to go downtown to Iron Bank instead, and they were sooooo busy, but we waited anyway. I won't ever understand the decision a lot of the small businesses in Columbus make when choosing to close on Sundays, but it was a bummer to see. We weren't the only ones who made the attempt, so it's a shame they are missing out on business.“

“Was in Highside Market a couple of months ago. I'm still thinking about the layered doughnuts. They were so fresh, I was blown away. Really enjoyed it.“

“First time here. The food was delicious. I got the Brunch Burger and Onion Rings. The burger was a real burger cooked perfectly, topped with cheese, the most delicious bacon ever, and a fried egg. Bacon flavored Aoili included. The onion rings were amazing. They were very busy when we went after church, but we only waited less than 10 minutes. Our server was super nice and very attentive. Will definitely be back.“

“The service here is bad. Most associates don’t even say hello. They also lock the door when it is convenient to them. Durning COVID we didn’t need Starbucks. I made the decision to come back but that was not a good decision. I can save that $6,000 a year I spend there on KCUPS ! Maybe when they start to understand that you should put your customers first they might become a great company, but I see a grim future for them.“

Ordered 2 frosted donuts, blueberry, and a maple...recieved 2 upside- bottom of bag- smushed frosted, and double order of blueberry. Why?! Called location to complain but no response even though someone was taking a call-in order when we were in the drive-thru. 🤔“
